Today, I realized that social issue is a problem that influences many citizens within a society. It is a group of common problem in present-day society and one that many people strive to solve. It is often the consequence of factors extending beyond an individual's control. Social issues are the source of a conflicting opinion on the grounds of what is perceived as morally correct or incorrect personal life or interpersonal social life decisions. That is why social issues should be stop or solve the issue, the first step would be being clear about what the problem or issue is,remember that different people might have different views of what the issues are. Then understand everyone's interests,the best solution is the one that satisfies everyone's interests,

this is the time for active listening. Put down your differences for awhile and listen to each other with the intention to understand. List the possible solutions,this is the time to do some brainstorming,there may be lots of room for creativity. Evaluate the options. Select an option or options,what's the best option, in the balance?. Document the agreements,don't rely on memory,

writing it down will help you think through all the details and implications. And then agree on contingencies, monitoring, and evaluation, conditions may change,make contingency agreements about foreseeable future circumstances.
