I will convince them by:

• Telling them the negative impacts of smoking to our body.

• Encourage to quit smoking and take good care of themselves.

• I'll advice them that they should take it one day at a time until they finally quit and succeed against smoking.

• Giving them praise for the days, weeks, months they haven't smoked. It will encourage them to continue avoid smoking.
