My journey to wisdom.

• Yatra had been so enchanting that I could think about nothing other than that.
• I could relate to the story very well.
• Though I was unable to read the story myself, my granddaughter did it for me gladly, the story was by heart for me.
• Everything went well until one day Sudha left for a neighboring wedding.
• I was unable to read the novel as I was not educated.
• I felt ashamed and decided to learn the Kannada alphabet the very next day.
• 'By the day of Saraswathi pooja I will be able to read a novel by myself' I pledged to myself.
• Sudha was a patient, loving and caring teacher, she taught me very well.
• By the day of Saraswathi Pooja, I was able to read by myself.
• I touched on my Guru's feet to par respect.
• Sudha requested me not to touch her feet, but I convinced her that Guru should be respected irrespective of age or gender.
• Now I am an Independent lady who can read any novel by myself.
