the only answer to this and probably the best, is eat healthy foods. fruits, vegetables, fish, milk. Especially water, which you need to drink 8 glasses a day.

Thank you for your answer i will follow you and true we also exercise daily and dont forget to drink milk or water and eat also vegetables because vegetables is also make our body energy
