While the music is playing, take some time to relax. Empty your mind. Recall all the things that had happened in the past 10 months.
Feel the music as you move your hand and draw. Draw whatever that comes out in your mind as you listen to the music. This will help you release all the stress that you are hiding deep within your heart.
