NCR has been placed in the Alert level 2 on November 5, 2021. This has allowed people under the age of 18 to go outside and establishments to operate on higher number of capacities. The easing of alert level restrictions makes the economy recuperate from huge loses and regain its momentum gradually. This has a positive effect not only for the country but also to everyone who has greatly affected by the pandemic. What do you think is the author’s stand on the issue?
