1. You can still get cancer even if you're family is clear of it in the past... It's all upto chance, but the primary reason is how stable your health is.

3. Incorrect. I can only say that the diseases such as Diabetes, STDs, and "Cancer" have a higher dna complexity that our current technology isn't enough to decrypt the dna structure of these and thus no cure is available yet... *Jojo Threatening Kanji*
