Ms. Dizon is a concierge in one of the five-star hotels in Manila. She is the one who is concerned about the reservation and receiving phone calls of a guest. It is a big day for her because this is a busy day since the Christmas seasons are near. She received two guests in one of their luxury rooms, followed by three individuals who ask for a room respectively. On the following day, five families of guests get a room for a week. Since the hotel has a total of eighty rooms she is hoping that all rooms have been occupied before the end of the year.
