I want to ask about my technical issues here because somehow i can't contact brainly through gmail. So My brainly account's Brainliest reward suddenly decreased, when i woke up in the morning i was shock because my 44 Brainliest Rewards becomes 33. But when i opened the website brainly.ph It's normal, My Brainliest rewards is 44 but when i open it in the app my rewards is 33, i tried Clearing the app's data but still it doesn't work. what causes this? and does it affects my chance from being promoted as a Genius level in Brainly because my account right now is in Ace level. Thank you!​
