SELF-REFLECTION:
Overexposure to blue light from the gadgets you are using prevents the pineal
gland (located at the center of the brain) to release a sleep hormone called
melatonin. This results in a lower quality of sleep and consequently, lack of sleep
yhich has negative health effects. You can have a personal reflection on the effect
ftoo much exposure to blue light by putting a check on what you experience.
