ACTIVITY 2. Directions: Sequence the following steps of giving foot spa by writing 1 for the first, 2 for the second, 3 for the third and so on... Confirm with client desired service outcome and to be recorded. Advise client after service on maintenance program. Apply foot softening product and massage according to prescribed procedure. Remove wax from foot according to manufacturer's instructions. Allow the paraffin to remain in place for 10 to 15 minutes. Soak foot for 4 seconds for 3 consecutive times in wax and wrap with plastic liners and mittens. Determine and test appropriate temperature for heat tolerance of client. Set foot spa machine to regulate heat and achieve required melting of wax. Towel dry feet and apply with appropriate lotion. (By applying lotion, the removal of the hardened paraffin becomes easier) Wash feet with warm water and soap before and after scrubbing. Check and analyze condition of foot nails Ensure client's safety and comfort prior to Foot Spa Activity Prepare all the necessary tools and supplies/materials and equipment.​
