Maria spent her Saturday helping her mother with the household
chores. In the morning, she started cleaning her room. She folded her
blanket and fixed her bed. She then went to the living area and swept
the floor. When she went to the kitchen, she saw her mother preparing
their lunch. Her mother was preparing the vegetables for chopsuey
Maria helped her in cutting the vegetables. After eating, Maria cleaned
the table and washed the dishes. Maria felt happy realizing she had a
fruitful Saturday.
