"Treat me with Respect" is the most important quality for me in a partner. I feel that if there is respect, trust, honesty, and excellent communication will be established.
Respect is that you acknowledge your partner as a whole person rather than a way to obtain something you desire. It means you're aware that your partner has different perspectives and experiences than you, and that's fine.
