Answer : Language and persuasion techniques used are Using Evidence and Involving the reader. I can say using of evidence is used because of the phrase "one hundred thousand marine mammals and sea turtles are killed each year by ingestion of plastics". Base on my research, it is true and a fact that a lot of marine mammals has been killed each year by illegal fishers. On the other side Involving the reader is also used in the poster by using the phrase "DO YOUR PART, RECYCLE." It encourage the reader to do recycling to help to save the sea and every living organisms that live under it.
