its kinda sad 'cause for Pres. Duterte of the Philippines its hard because he cares for all the people even the ones that not in Philippines. 1.And for Duterte The thing that he wants to announce a SONA is to warn us not to be careless from our health. 2.And the SONA presents us to care about family and other people and of course to remember us the safety protocols. 3.And while there's no vaccine yet he put us into (ECQ) and because of that its the way to prevent some people from covid. 4.And Duterte also have some reporters or people that will help him prevent people from covid while they think of some vaccine. 5.And Duterte recommend to listen some news from DZBB news so we know somethings about what's happening. 6.And for the next SONA of the pres. he want us to listen and always be aware and not go out if necessary its just one of the safety protocols. 7.And do a covid test to see if your good or not and also to be safe too. 8.And also be careful of some people and not stick to much to peoples outside. 9.And dont worry about covid 'cause as long we are in our house we are safe i just feel so bad for the people who died form covid and the poor families who has lost some beloved people in there lives. Tips: just remember to always pray to god and stay healthy to prevent covid from getting into your family and hope this helps:)
