Direction: Sequencing. Arrange the steps on how to package meat before freezing. Write A for the 1st step, B for the 2nd step,

C for 3rd step and so on. Write your answer in a sheet of paper.

______1. Divide your meat into your set serving sizes.

______2. Put the meat into the bag, then flatten.

______3. Get a plastic zip bad big enough to hold the portion size plus a little extra room for the meat to

expand from the freezing process.

______4. Date the bag so you know how long it’s been in your freezer.

______5. Squeeze as much of the air as you can get out, then close the zip.​
