‘HOW THE LAWS HELP TO STOP OR LESSEN THE SITUATION OR CONDITION’

1. The republic act no 8750 helps to reduces serious crash- related injuries and deaths by about half, and seat belt laws and enforcement strategies have been proven to increase seat belt use. Primary enforcement seat belt laws allow law enforcement officers to stop vehicles if driver or passenger is not wearing a seat belt.

2. The republic act no 10586 helps to avoid and reduce the accident in the street. The best way to prevent deaths from drunk driving is do not drink alcohol while you’re driving or before driving.

3. The republic act no 9775 helps to lessen the child pornography it helps to protect their physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, psychological and social well- being. It also help the inducement or coercion of a child to engage or be involved in pornography through whatever means.

4. The republic act no 10354 helps to prevent or lessen the teen age pregnancy because it helps to protect and promote the right to health of women especially mothers in particular and of the people in general and in still health consciousness among them. The state also recognizes and guarantees the promotion and equal protection of the welfare and rights of children, the youth, and the unborn.

5. The republic act 9211 helps tobacco users to quit and prevent initiation of tobacco use. This act was designed to promote a healthy environment and protects citizens from the hazards of tobacco smoke.
