1.Explain in your own understanding what grief is.
• The modern definition of grief is keen mental suffering or distress over a loss or affliction—a sharp sorrow—a painful regret. At the very heart of the grief definition is intense sorrow. Grief is a deep emotional response to a great loss.
2.What help can you give to someone who is experiencing grief?
•Be a good listener, respect the person's way of grieving,accept mood swings,Avoid giving advice,Refrain from trying to explain the loss,Help out with practical tasks,Stay connected and available,and Offer words that touch the heart.
3.What can you do to maintain a healthy mind?
•Being Active. Exercising makes you feel good and can help your mental health, Lower Your Alcohol Intake. Over use of alcohol can increase feelings of depression, Connecting With Friends and Family, Keep Learning, Positive Attitude can Lead to a Greater Sense of Wellbeing,etc.
4.How are you going to prevent and control mental illness?
•There's no sure way to prevent mental illness. However, if we have a mental illness, taking steps to control stress, to increase our resilience and to boost low self-esteem may help keep our symptoms under control.
