The picture shows the flowers and bee. These two organisms have a mutualism relationship where both organisms benefit from each other. Flowers give worker bees nectar and pollen to collect and feed their whole colonies. On the other hand, bees help flowers to reproduce, by spreading pollen from flower to flower in a process called pollination.

The picture shows the algae and fish inside the aquarium. These two organisms have a mutualism relationship where both organisms benefit from each other. Algae perform photosynthesis and give off oxygen necessary for fish survival. Meanwhile, fish gives off carbon dioxide during respiration needed by algae in their photosynthesis.

The picture shows an orchid that grows on the tree. This shows commensalism, the orchid benefit from the tree, while the tree is neither benefitted nor harmed. Orchids are epiphytes and they do not harm the trees they grow in. It is because the orchid’s roots stay on the bark of the tree, therefore they do not take water or nutrients from the tree.
