1. Before the activity, my pulse was calm and beat like a clock ticking, while after the activity, the pulse felt like it was heavy and a bit fast jumping up and down.
2. Yes there is a difference. When we jump or do an activity, our pulse rate speeds up a bit, unlike when we were calm and not doing much before the activity.
3. The effect of doing an exercise to our heart is good but if we have any heart disease, too much exercise can lead to a heart failure or heart attact. :)
