Within two years of completing a sentence for an offense involving moral turpitude or an offense punishable by one year or more of imprisonment, all convicted by final judgment for an offense involving moral turpitude or an offense punishable by one year or more of imprisonment
Those who have been suspended from office due to an administrative case
Those who have been found guilty of breaching the Republic's oath of allegiance by a definitive judgment
Those who have dual citizenship
Those may have eluded justice in criminal or nonpolitical situations in the United States or abroad.
Permanent residents of a foreign country or those who have obtained the right to live abroad and will continue to do so after the LGC takes effect
Those that are psychotic or mentally ill
