My thought on this story is that no evil deed shall prosper. Whatever bad things that you do will always come back to you. And if you are lucky, time will let you watch it. A bully person thinks that he/she always outsmarts another person, but in reality, he/she is just a weak creature who doesn't have logic and rational thinking. He/she will stumble in the end.
