Yes ribosomes are the protein synthesizing machinery of cell whereas lysosomes are organelle which help in digestion of various constituents of cell and contain digestive enzymes

Ribosomes:- 1. ribosomes are found in both plant and animal cells. 2. they synthesize proteins required by the plants. 3. they are smaller in size. 4. it is not covered with any coverings. 5. it is made up of DNA and proteins.
lysosomes:- 1. lysosomes are found in plant cells only. 2. they degrade the materials that need to be digested. 3. they are larger in size as compared to ribosomes. 4. it is covered with coverings. 5. it is made up of digestive enzymes.
