Yes the oscillation in the pendulum can't be stopped in space as in earth pendulum has two pulling vectors of weight and the centripetal force but if we move to outer space where there is no gravity, the exists no gravitation vector so only centripetal force acts on it and so the pendulum won't stop oscillation.
