It is fine to argue with non-believers as long as it is a fruitful discussion. A lot of people tend to argue with each other about their religious views and sometimes their discussion will lead to nowhere because they don't have common ground-the believer will most likely gonna quote bible verses which is not effective in having a discussion with a non-believer. To have an effective discussion, both parties can go through philosophical and moral discussions than biased bible verses that is taken literally out of context.
