Instruction: Explain why it is important to follow guidelines to prevent injuries 1. WARM-UP AND COOL-DOWN 2. STRETCH 3. CROSS-TRAIN 4. DRESS RIGHT 5. REST
1. I don't know about 1-3 since that's not really advisable for some. it's not really a MUST to warm up, cooldown and stretch especially cross train to prevent injuries.
4. dressing right,
yes that's important, you wouldn't want your clothes being pulled off so easily right? especially for guys, dressing up right will give you confidence to do your workout, better. but don't over dress, just plain, tight, and simple. enough to you know, make you look stunning and decent.
5. rest
after a set, ofcourse resting is must. because your muscles are ripped off, and they're taking the time to mend again, (to heal again) FORCING to do another workout, even though you're already tired asf, would cause you serious injuries or even bruises. resting will help your body cope up with your new shift.
Explanation:
I suggest that you research about warming up, and stretching before working out. there are studies that shows you don't have to. which I also don't do before I workout. HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAY AND I HOPE IT HELPED
