its very importance for us students since we are still at a young age and we should always check all the foods if it is safe for us to eat and if were allergic to that food. We always need to measure how we drink and eat because uts part of being a healthy person.

we need to always be active when it comes to being healthy, we need to always exercise and always eat healthy foods and drinks, and we can also take some vitamins to protect and make us strong.

we need to eat vegetables and fruits to make our immunity strong and for us to not get sick of anything, even if we hate the smell, the color or the taste of it we still need to make sure that we really need to eat healthy vagetables and fruits.
