We all know that drinking inside the campus or going inside the school campus drunk is against the rules and regulations of the school. Since it is my bestfriend who I saw drunk, I will bring her or him to the school clinic then report it to our class adviser. It is not for him or her to receive punishment but for immediate help. I can talk to our class adviser for help in asking my bestfriend the reason why he or she was drunk. Maybe she or he have a big problem. Then after he or she already cleared from the spirit of alcohol a will talk to her or him and tell the possible effects of her or his actions. It maybe sound simple but it is the easiest way that I can do for that time.
