For me, I think social inequality should be prioritized first. And that is because it affects our whole nation, whereas the abuse of power affects only the people with authority. Social inequality is a bigger problem in our country, thousands of citizens are not receiving what they should, even when it comes to their human rights. Besides, even if authorized people act according to their positions, it doesn't mean anything if they still continue giving no interest or care to those in the shadows. Getting rid of the abuse of power should be an act made by the upperclass while solving social inequality is an act put upon everyone's shoulders.
