number of female employee is 700*5/(9+5)
=700*5/14=250
number of male employee is 700*9/(9+5)
=700*9/14=50*9=450
now number of female employee (250+x)
according to question
(250+x) : 450=3 : 5
=> (250+x)/450=3/5
=> 5(250+x)=3*450
=> 1250+5x=1350
=> 5x=1350-1250
=> 5x=100
=> x=100/5
=> x=20
so here x=20
company has to hire 20 more female employees
