700-525 =175

Principle = Rs. 6000
Amount = Rs 8000
Intrest = Rs. 8000 - 6000 = Rs. 2000
Rate = 2000 ×100 / 6000 ×4
= 25 /3 %
2nd case :
Principal = Rs. 525
Amount = Rs. 700
Interest = 700-525 = Rs. 175
Rate = 25 /3%
Time = 175 × 100 ×3 / 525 × 25
= 4 years.
