In my honest opinion, I would love to express the foods I must intake during my adolescent age sounds bland as we tend to enjoy a lot of foods. It is understandable as how some foods are bad for our health in which we risk our life eating them for pleasure. So the foods that must be needed by us is important to keep us healthy and prevent diseases from happening. I have personal distaste against some healthy foods as a few I don’t like to eat because of the flavor I dislike, but at the same time it is understandable because fruits and vegetables.
