Not a long time ago i have tons of problems about myself, family, school and other stuff. When quarantine started i lost half of my friends and told to myself that people go and people come, i told to myself that maybe they go for their own good and i solve that problem by thinking that i have myself and at the end of the day yourself is the one and only that will help you. It's okay to be selfish but don't forget to love yourself too. Last problem that i solve is deactivating my social media accounts to protect my peace, because social media have a lot of toxic people and that is not healthy for me. They always say that you should do that and you shouldn't do that. They are the one who brings anxiety and insecurities to me.
