Answer:
1 ) Newton's Third Law of motion:
According to Newton's Third Law of motion, every action has an equal and opposite reaction
When a gun fires a bullet, the gun puts a force on the bullet that propels it forward.
The bullet likewise exerts an equal and opposing force on the gun in the backward direction.
Therefore, when a bullet is fired from a gun, it recoils.
2 )For two or more bodies in an isolated system acting upon each other, their total momentum remains constant unless an external force is applied. Therefore, momentum can neither be created nor destroyed.
3) Newton's second law of motion says that the rate of change of linear momentum of a body is equal to the net external force applied to it.
Newton’s second law of motion says that the rate of change of linear momentum of a body is equal to the net external force applied to it.
Mathematically it is expressed as:
dp/dt =(mv)/ dt=ma =Fnet
If the net external force acting on a body is zero, then the rate of change of momentum is also zero, which means that there is no change in momentum.
4) Balanced force:Forces acting on an object which does not change the state of rest or of uniform motion of it are called balanced forces. Unbalanced force:The resultant of two opposite forces acts on an object and brings it in motion. These opposite forces are called unbalanced forces.
5) Momentum is the quantity of motion of a moving body, measured as a product of its mass and velocity. it formula = mass × velocity.
6) (i) The magnitude of the force applied. (ii) The distance of line of action of the force from the axis of rotation.
