So first we should make a plan nd to make a plan we need unity first because if there is no unity among urself than you can't do anything..
So as per plan we will do our work...
As u said gangsters are very crule anything can happen their so everyone have their own power mainly having a full of power nd being a gangsters is not important using it is important they can have a power but they don't have a mind to use it...
Nd mainly I can't inform to police because there will be someone who can lick this information nd can be in too difficulty...
Nd if I will be there I will go nd just kill or do anything to one of the gangster nd I will wear his clothes nd I will act like a part of a gangster nd than I will kill one by one easily than take out all the girls....
nd mainly being an IAS officer can have more nd more plan as they r training for it..
If I were a IAS officer, and i was in such a situation, I would first time all the events properly.
First Step
Me and my team will analyze the situation, and act according to it, I will get information on how the Gangsters caught the girls then plot a plan. Here, they were caged, so I probably would send search teams around the locality, if they are not found in the locality, I will expand the search team.
Second Step: Investigate the Parents.
We are not sure whether truly the girls were kidnapped, who knows? What if the parents were behind it? So then, i would investigate the parents, and find any loop-holes in case they are behind the entire scenario. If they are not, i will get info on the girls social medias, and check if there is contact with someone suspicious. Take it that i found out there are few boys in contact witht the girls.
Third Step: Set Suspects.
Now that I gathered information about the suspects, I will search the records in the Police Station for any crime done by the Gangsters. And I have found 7 crimes by 2 of them related to Bribing. One of them is the Mastermind here. Then I get more info about both of them, and i get to know one of them has caused the problem. Then Me and my search team, found they gang area, by talking to the people in the locality. One of the person in the Tea stall gave us information that, the Gangsters every morning go to some or the other school and torture the girls to give money, and blackmail them.
Fourth Step: The Ending
The next day, we alll disguise oursleves, and head to the school, the tea stall man mentioned. We all spread and waites till 10:00 for them to arrive, we lost hope, and we were about to leave, but then, we saw a black huge jeep with 5 men in it. They got out immediately and started blackmailing the girls by showing few pictures on the phone, we slowly got out of the car and slowly walked towards them. But one gangster whispered something into the ear of a another guy, ad KABOOM, they all got into the car and started running!
LAST PART: THE CHASING!
We got into our cars ASAP, and followed them, I commanded my patner to shoot the back tyre of the car and they did, the car stopped, and the Crims started running, we drove to them with the car, we got out and then chased for about 2-3 mins, after that all of them were caught, and we took them to the Police station. We bet them up so much, till the told where the girls where kept captive. They then finally told where they were, we immediately went, and saved them. When the girls reached the Police station, we told them to beat up the Crims as well. Both the Parents and the Girls beat the Gangsters to death
