2. Definitely. It would affect you even the slightest on identifying colors. Such as being an artist or a police officer. (police officers should be perceivable of colors such as to identifying person's clothes etc.)
3. It could be leading to some domino effect on not identifying colors such as witnessing a crime and cannot identify colors or food poisoning in the most.
