• No. Why? Because the product returned by the customer was not sold in my store. But I will convey it properly to him. I will explain why I cannot accept the product he is returning. I will explain to him properly the proper process and how he can return the product to the right place. I will not just dismiss the customer because I have a responsibility as a manager to explain to customers the proper and the right and correct process. The customer value is still applied to the situation even if I do not accept the product. I applied this by educating the customer what he should do.
