_ 1. Store them in their designated places. _2. Frequently inspect cutting blades before and during operation for damage, produce residue build up or cleaning needs.
_ 3. Remove the blades and clean separately, and remaining parts are disassembled/ if possible and cleaned on regular basis.
_ 4. Replace knives if damaged or if they cannot otherwise be maintained in sanitary condition.
