If mr. bautista ,a field engineer,could not finish his building project on the agreed date,he will be fined Php 12,000.00 on the first day of delay ,Php 16,500.00 on the second day Php.21,000.00 on the third day and so on .if he is delayed 12 days how much is his fine on the 10th day only.
