My two goals for this week is to exercise more and practice a healthy diet. Taking short walks around my street or simple exercises such as jumping jacks are included in my first goal. I'd like to practice a healthy diet as well, meaning taking the proper amounts of what I need in my daily meals, such as carbs, protein, vitamins, etc.
