The difference between the two kinds of pronouns is intensive pronouns emphasize a preceding noun. It can be removed without changing the meaning the thought of the sentence. Whereas, reflexive pronouns refer back to the subject and is necessary for the sentence to have the same meaning.
Just remember, INTENSive= intense= strong and REFLEXive= reflect=bounce back.
