ICE CREAM
No one knows when or where ice cream was first made. Today, ice
cream is one of the best liked foods in the Philippines
ice cream is one of the most nourishing foods we eat. It also tastes good.
It is more than three-fourths milk and cream. It may have fruits like mango, atis.
langka, and coconut or pineapple. It may have nuts, too. Egg and gelatin
made ice cream smooth. Some ice cream flavors are vanilla, chocolate and
strawberry. Ice cream makers advertise and make different flavors of ice cream
every month. Nuts, fruits, and flavorings are bought from all over the world.
Much ice cream is eaten as plain dessert of meals. A great deal of ice
cream goes into ice cones milk shakes, ice cream sodas, ice cream bars and
ice cream cups. Ice cream is also sold by gallons and half gallons. It is served in
almost all parties.
