1. Puberty is when a child's body begins to develop and change as they become an adult.

2. Being an adolescence is the period of transition between childhood and adulthood. It includes some big changes to the body, and to the way a young person relates to the world.

3. I can readily adjust with the changes during adolescence because changes are normal, and it shows that your body is maturing.

4. Physical attraction to opposite sex is called Heterosexual. People who are heterosexual are romantically and physically attracted to members of the opposite sex.

5. I want to be independent because personal independence boosts your confidence, less reliance on others, emotional independence reduces stress and promotes happiness, increases your self-value and self-esteem.

6. My peer group is my volleyball team.

7. I like to be with my friends who is supportive, helpful, respectful, humorous, honest, telepathic, and generous.

8. Sometimes I am confused with myself during puberty, I feel confused or have strong emotions that I've never had before. I feel overly sensitive and become upset easily. I sometimes lose my temper more often and get angry with my friends or families. I feel anxious about how my body chaging looks.

9. My parents expect me to be happy, contented, and thankful with the things they have provided me and value the life that God has given us.

10. I should have known that our body shape changes naturally as we age.
