I want to know that nowadays small kids and young kids use mobile phones and tablets and sometimes they use the in internet in bad way so write a short article on telling about such bad things and would they use the phones or not?

They should use all these gadgets but should be supervised by their parents and teachers.
They must be taught about what's good and what's bad before they discover themselves and choose the wrong one.
