I. Identify the tools in food preservation.
1. Foods are placed in a (chopping board, tray) when it is cut.
2. You need to use a (colander, funnel) when draining the washed fruits or vegetables.
3. If you plan to transfer the brine solution in a glass, you need a (funnel, strainer).
4. You will use a measuring cup to measure (dry, wet) ingredients.
5. A strainer removes (dirt, lumps) of the straining food.
