Managing your routine during exams can be tough. It is important to learn how to manage ur time. I would wake up at 5am and eat a healthy breakfast then I would go to my study table and look through the important notes. After I have given my exam,I would eat a healthy lunch and I will start preparing for my next exam. I would keep a bottle of water next to me so I can stay hydrated and staying hydrated will help me study more efficiently.After I have finished looking through all my notes, I will play badminton since it's what I love doing and it relaxes my mind. Remember it's important to make time for yourself even during your exams so that your mental health is stable. When it's time for dinner,i would probably order some food from a restaurant since during exams its important to eat good food because your using your energy to study and you deserve a good meal. I would go to bed around 9pm and I will hopefully continue the same routine for my next exams.
