how to be confident when it comes to school reprting, tomorrow i will report something but because of my lowself esteem i tend to get very nervous and forget my lines and sometimes because of being too nervous i tend to cry, any advise? T_T ( this is not an assignment)

eveveve As someone na mayroong anxiety with public speaking na nadala ko ata until online class repeating my lines over and over again helps tapos isipin mo while doing it na "NO BIG DEAL, THEY DON'T CARE INAANTOK NA SILA AMBORING NG LECTURE I CAN DO THIS!" ganon kasi hindi naman talaga big deal eh, ganyan lagi ginagawa ko tuwing may report ako tas I always give it my all kasi if you give it your all you can definetly succeed yung iba nakakaya ng madalian lang pero tayong may mga public speaking anxiety we can but we need more effort, don't limit yourself. you can do it! please please do it! I believe in you

eveveve ganto lang yan ok, do your report and be anxious and have that shaky voice while doing it and be proud of yourself later or skip it and regret and self hate even more tapos the next time ganon ulit, you don't want that cycle! you have so much more than that!

eveveve note this please as someone na nagstrustruggle sa public speaking for almost all my life only thing that really worked is to face it and actually do it I wish someone told me this and I had the willpower to listen to this when someone told me about this before but I am here and I'm telling you, kaya mo yan!
