Hello dear.. (A).. a convex or concave Quadrilateral has 2 diagonals ... (B)...a regular hexagon has 18 diagonals because a regular hexagon has 6 regular sides and every vertex has 3 diagonals so a regular hexagon has 18 diagonals... (C)... a triangle is the exepection in the polygon which don't have h diagonals because A diagonal is a line seg. join two non adaject vertical of polygon which is not possible in the case of triangle.... Hope this will help u....
