Nowadays, everyone is really struggling because of the pandemic. It brings stress to us, because of the limitations. The number one thing that we should consider this pandemic is our family, they are the ones that we only rely and hold onto. They make us feel safe and complete eventough we aren't used in a society where silent killer is around (virus). We really need our families now; it is crucial, not optional. We need to be deliberate in this. Identify both things that people can do alone, and things that you can do together, and make them part of your routines. Maybe it’s some alone time for each of the adults, a date night (light some candles at a table after the kids go to sleep and put your phones aside), a family game night, some daily silliness or whatever that makes you smile, build it in.

Disrespecting old ones is the reflection of how your life will be in the future. Not because some people are old they are already legible to be disrespected. No one has the audacity to disrespect someone just because of their age. Respecting everyone has no boundaries. Always remember that being respectful should not be allplied to some but to everyone.
