Christianity taught us to pray and prayer is believed to be an outlet for us to communicate with the Lord. Christianity also taught us to read the bible where the words of God is present. Lastly, Christianity binds us through the Eucharist where we eat and connect with God at the same time together with our brothers and sisters in Christ.
Answer: Do not take the lords name in vain, but praise them instead.
Do not lie or bear false witness, but speak the truth.
We cannot communicate in a Christ like manner in our own power. We are dependent on the power of Christ and His Spirit to do so, we do and will fail. When we fail, we confess our sins and ask god to fill us with the Spirit, renew our hearts, and enable us to persevere as He has promised He will do.
